Hello and welcome back to my blog! Very excited to write to you today! OK, you maybe a little confused right now? What is she writing about this time? Ha-ha! So it is a bit like looking in the mirror and you see your own reflection. This is more to do with your inner self. Your personality. How you behave towards yourself. When you love yourself then others will be loving towards as they reflect your behaviour. 

You create certain attributes and characteristics from the people you work or associate with. Keeping in mind we may not choose our family but as we grow older we choose who to be friends with. Certain people in our lives can trigger certain emotions within us whether they are happy ones or maybe not so pleasant ones. 

It is like greeting someone. When you smile and say hello, the receiver will often respond back with a similar tone. However, if you just murmur a few sentences at them with a grumpy expression on a Monday morning in the place of work, they are most likely to treat you the same way. Just like a reflection in the mirror. The conclusion to this article is be nice to those around you! Because everyone is just a reflection of you. 

However you feel about yourself that day reflects back to you. Show heaps of gratitude and be grateful for all the abundance given to you in this world we have been gifted with! After all we are very lucky we have all these facilities and the chance to really communicate, engage and interact with one another. Use this time to self develop and be true to yourself. 

Be creative and make new friends by networking with people that have similar interests! I like to use the term 'vibe with your tribe!' Find your group that brings out the best version of you! Whether you join a new dance group, football team or you may want to set up a new business. Attract the people that will guide you on this new refreshing journey! After all they are you pushed out!

Focus on making yourself happy! Set your own goals in life and also enjoy doing what you feel the most passionate about. Once you do that, others around you will be fulfilled and happy for you. They may even be inspired to follow in your footsteps! So go on get out there and start living your dream!
