Most of us wear jewellery because it is a way to express oneself as well as to feel good. It may also have a personal significance. Jewellery can also complete an outfit. It can either be a statement piece or something elegant. Whichever one the wearer prefers, jewellery adds that beauty!
It is known that jewellery has been worn by humans for as long as 75,000 years. During the ancient times jewellery was traditionally worn by the kings, pharaohs and emperors. Nowadays, jewellery can be worn by anyone who loves to dress up and feel good.
Jewellery also resembles wealth and prosperity as well as confidence and the ability to enhance an outfit to bring out the best features. It is suggested that a person who wears large items of jewellery often enjoys to be socially surrounded by lots of people. They are known to be quite bubbly and love to interact with new people.
Jewellery has the power to make oneself feel pretty.
Jewellery has also been used to attract a lover. It is also given as a gift to woo that special person and to express their love for that person and as a sign of commitment. When you find that affirmations isn't working whilst looking in the mirror, try putting on a bit of jewellery and add a bit of makeup to make you feel good in the inside. By making a few changes on the outer world can make us feel good in the inner world!
Even though confidence comes from within, sometimes making the decision to make adjustments to the outer world is just as effective. It doesn't have to be a full head to toe makeover however the most simplest things such as putting on a favourite jewellery set with a bit of lipstick is all we need to boost our confidence.
