MANIFEST YOUR DREAM PERSON TODAY!
Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog!
First of all go somewhere quiet. somewhere where you will not be disturbed. The best time is usually when you are waking up or about to go to bed. However this can be done anytime of the day as long as you are in a safe, quiet place away from people.
-Ensure you are not using any form of heavy machinery or driving a vehicle today.
-Relax, either sit back or lay down on a yoga mat, bed, or mattress.-Take a few moments to get comfortable. Maybe get a blanket. Be as comfortable as possible.
-Now close your eyes.
-Slowly take deep breaths in and out. Do this for a 17 seconds.
-Visualize your dream person holding your hand and looking at you.
-Keep this vision for 17 seconds.
-Then after wards spend another 17 seconds breathing in and out and gently open your eyes.
-
Carry on with the rest of your day or do this just when you are about to go to sleep and let the magic happen.
You will be reunited with your dream person very soon. Maybe even after this meditation.
