HOW TO MANIFEST WEALTH THROUGH A SHORT MEDITATION!

This is the most popular topic which people want to manifest into their lives! The most important thing to remember is that we are all one with the Universe and believe that you are already wealthy because you have access to the internet and whatever device you are using to read this post. However if you desire to experience even more wealth, make that choice to believe in that type of wealth.

First of all calm the mind so any negative thoughts are diminished. What I mean by calming the mind? This is through meditation or relaxation. Or maybe even praying. Sit somewhere where it is quiet. Somewhere comfortable where there is less interruption. Switch your phone on silence, switch off the TV and radio etc. However if you wish to use any guided meditation music that is also fine. Take a deep breath in and hold it for a few seconds and then slowly release. Do this technique for about five minutes and notice how calming it is! 

Once you have that calming sensation, close your eyes and visualise the abundance of wealth you want to have. Be as if you already have it. I recommend doing this for about 2-3 minutes. Set that vision into your mind. Do the breathing exercises again and truly believe that your are experiencing that moment of wealth in the present moment! Now slowly open your eyes and carry on with the rest of the day! Keep busy! 

Notice the positive feeling and things will soon start falling into place! The important thing is to now let go of that desire so that the Universe can help you along the way by showing you different paths which may lead you to opportunities that will generate the required wealth which you desire. Allow the Universe to help you however do not question when or how it will happen! Just have that trust, belief and positivity!
