BENEFITS OF A ROSE QUARTZ CRYSTAL

It is claimed that  wearing rose quartz is healing. Although this does not have any scientific evidence the crystal has been used for thousands of years. Nowadays rose quartz is used in homes and work places as a decoration. It is also used for meditation and also jewellery.

It is also believed that rose quartz carries a strong vibration which brings inner peace, love, joy and harmony. Which is why it is one of the most used crystals. Due to it's soft pink colour, it is known for attracting love and healing. Though Scientists reckon that this maybe due to a placebo effect. 

Rose quartz is also used for mediation due to the high vibration it emits and also it raises the planets frequency. 

Some people also use rose quartz as an elixir to enhance their skin's complexion. Rose quartz is kept under the moon light and also places in natural water which is then used to wash the skin. 

It is suggested that rose quartz can be worn as jewellery especially as a necklace as it can be closer to the heart to help promote love, joy and harmony. Crystal healers suggest that placing rose quartz in the centre of the work place or home can also create a positive vibration.
